Specialist Project Engineer – Gas Processing & Compression

About the role

KBR Engineering is seeking an experienced Specialist Project Engineer to lead gas processing and compression activities on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering multi‑million‑dollar oil & gas EPC projects, particularly within ADNOC‑related pipelines and processing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee gas processing plant and pipeline projects from concept to commissioning.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for sour‑gas treatment and compression systems.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international safety regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on both onshore and offshore sites.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics for multi‑million‑dollar contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record on gas pipeline, NGL network, and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• At least 5 years of onshore and offshore project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC project requirements.
