About the role

Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic is seeking a Specialist Psychiatrist to join its growing clinical team in Dubai Media City. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for a psychiatrist confident in independent practice and committed to evidence‑based treatment within the UAE private healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including psychopharmacological management and appropriate psychological interventions.
• Manage a broad range of adult psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD and related mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with psychologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Establish and maintain long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Contribute to clinical service development and the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry.
• DHA Specialist Psychiatrist licence or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and psychopharmacological skills.
• Ability to manage patients independently and exercise sound clinical judgement.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence‑based, patient‑centred psychiatric practice.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
