Specialist Quality Assurance

About the role

The Specialist Quality Assurance will lead quality initiatives across ADNOC Distribution’s 50+ operational sites, including supply terminals, airports, and production plants. The role ensures continuous improvement, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance initiatives and processes for all functions across the organization.
• Support external and internal inspections and audits (IATA, GCAA, ISO, internal audit, etc.) and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Design, update, and monitor corrective actions to eliminate non‑conformities.
• Conduct inspections, gap analyses, and maintain ISO, OHSAS, and other certifications.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, corrective actions, and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement activities, CAPA implementation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of quality management experience, preferably in oil and gas retail.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with continuous improvement and business process re‑engineering.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 auditor certification.
• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.
• Gap analysis and risk assessment.
• Record Management System design and maintenance.
• Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge.
