Specialist Quality Assurance (Temporary)

About the role

Manage quality assurance initiatives and processes across all functions of ADNOC Distribution, covering more than 50 operation sites such as supply & distribution terminals, airports, service centres and production plants. The role ensures continuous improvement, system integrity and customer orientation in line with company strategies and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support external and internal inspections by agencies (IATA, GCAA, ADAC, customers, ISO, internal audit) and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Conduct periodical inspections of operational facilities and customer sites, coordinate quality assurance audits and report results to management.
• Perform gap analyses, develop corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, monitor their effectiveness and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and other certifications.
• Investigate customer complaints, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and collaborate with training to update operational manuals.
• Design, update and monitor corrective actions to eliminate or reduce non‑conformities and ensure risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of quality management experience, preferably in the oil and gas retail industry.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality requirements and hands‑on experience with continuous improvement and business process re‑engineering.
