Specialist Rheumatologist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Rheumatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage rheumatological conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, gout, and vasculitis.
• Develop individualized treatment and long‑term management plans, monitoring disease progression and response to therapy.
• Interpret laboratory investigations and imaging studies and coordinate care with orthopaedists, physiotherapists, internal medicine physicians, and other specialists.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication, lifestyle, and preventive care while maintaining accurate clinical records.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Rheumatology.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and patient‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
