Specialty Chef – Bakery

About the role

The Specialty Chef – Bakery will support kitchen operations at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, ensuring high‑quality bakery production, guest satisfaction and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in supervising kitchen staff, controlling costs and maintaining food‑and‑beverage profitability.
• Prepare, present and ensure the quality of all bakery items, including employee meals.
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers and local community representatives to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, stock control and ordering procedures while minimizing waste and overtime.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure health, safety and fire‑prevention regulations are followed.
