About the role

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialty Chef Pizza to lead the creation of innovative pizza dishes in its world‑class dining venues. The chef will work on‑site, collaborating with the culinary team to deliver high‑quality, memorable meals for both leisure and business guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present specialty pizza dishes that meet the hotel’s quality standards.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal pizza offerings, incorporating creative concepts.
• Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety and quality controls in the kitchen.
• Support the hotel’s sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and promoting eco‑friendly practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in specialty cuisine, particularly pizza preparation.
• Culinary certification or equivalent formal training.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Commitment to sustainable and ethical kitchen operations.
