Specialty Coffee Sales Representative

About the role

Stock Roastery is seeking a passionate Specialty Coffee Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture relationships with cafés across the UAE. You will combine sales expertise with deep coffee knowledge to help customers achieve the best possible cup quality.

Key responsibilities

• Visit cafés daily to present and promote specialty coffee products.
• Identify, acquire, and grow new customer accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with café owners and managers through regular follow‑ups.
• Provide technical coffee support, including grinder calibration, espresso extraction, and brewing technique guidance.
• Train baristas on coffee preparation best practices when required.
• Resolve customer concerns related to coffee quality or brewing performance.
• Prepare reports on visits, sales activities, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in specialty coffee (e.g., barista, coffee trainer, or similar role).
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of espresso, coffee extraction, grinding, and brewing techniques.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
