About the role

At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi, we seek an engaging, service‑driven Specialty Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service, ensure memorable dining experiences for members and guests, and uphold the club’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high standards.
• Lead the service team during shifts, providing clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on operational support.
• Build strong member relationships, recognize preferences, and ensure personalized and attentive dining experiences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant concept, menus, ingredients, beverages, and service rituals.
• Monitor service flow, table readiness, product presentation, and overall dining ambience throughout the operation.
• Handle member feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow‑up.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support inventory management, cost awareness, upselling initiatives, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Club standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of restaurant or Food & Beverage experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with members.
• Excellent knowledge of service standards and attention to detail.
