About the role

At The First Group Hospitality’s Exclusive Private Members Club, we are seeking an engaging and service‑driven Specialty Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service and ensure memorable dining experiences for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high standards.
• Lead the service team during shifts, providing clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on operational support.
• Build strong member relationships, recognize preferences, and ensure personalized and attentive dining experiences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant concept, menus, ingredients, beverages, and service rituals.
• Monitor service flow, table readiness, product presentation, and overall dining ambience throughout the operation.
• Handle member feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow‑up.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support inventory management, cost awareness, upselling initiatives, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Club standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of restaurant or Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, preferably within specialty dining, private members clubs, or premium hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities with a visible, hands‑on approach.
• Refined member engagement and service recovery skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support revenue opportunities and operational efficiency.
• Organized, composed, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to delivering consistent service excellence.
