Sponsorship Officer – Ticketing

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sponsorship Officer Ticketing to manage and optimise its global sponsorship ticketing and hospitality operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise ticket utilisation, enhance guest experiences and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ticket demand, allocation requirements and utilisation trends across sponsorship properties and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of sponsorship ticketing and hospitality programmes, ensuring planning, execution and governance.
• Determine ticket allocation approaches, balancing business priorities, stakeholder needs and sponsorship commitments.
• Partner with account leads, rights holders, agencies, clubs and event organisers to develop ticketing strategies and delivery plans.
• Evaluate ticket inventory performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve utilisation and ROI.
• Lead relationships with ticketing agencies and service providers, overseeing performance and resolving issues.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytics to monitor utilisation and operational effectiveness.
• Produce post‑event analysis and actionable recommendations for future sponsorship planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sponsorship ticketing, hospitality or related event management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
