About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the primary academic program, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the primary teaching team, supporting professional development and collaborative teamwork.
• Monitor students' academic, social, and emotional progress and implement support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, participating in meetings and addressing concerns.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and ensure compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or related field with a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of X years teaching experience in primary education, preferably in bilingual or international schools.
• Strong classroom management, knowledge of child development, and ability to differentiate instruction.
• Effective communication, planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
