Sportsbook Director

About the role

The Sportsbook Director will own Momentum Worldwide’s Sportsbook vertical, driving strategy, commercial performance and customer proposition. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for revenue growth, margin expansion and delivering sustained customer value in a fast‑moving iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Sportsbook strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Take full accountability for NGR, margin, customer growth, retention and profitability.
• Set financial and operational targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead proposition strategy across pricing, bet mechanics, promotions and major sporting events.
• Coordinate Trading, Marketing and CRM to ensure aligned acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Evaluate investment decisions, business cases and transformation initiatives.
• Represent the Sportsbook vertical at executive level and influence cross‑functional priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a Sportsbook business with direct commercial accountability.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margin and profitability.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate market opportunities into disciplined execution.
