Spot Product Expert

About the role

Lead Bybit's AI‑powered trading product line, integrating large language models and agent technology into trading scenarios. You will build next‑generation products such as conversational trading, intelligent strategy recommendations, and autonomous trading agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI trading product roadmap, including conversational trading, AI strategy recommendations, autonomous agents, and intelligent risk alerts.
• Design natural‑language‑driven trading experiences that lower the barrier to strategy configuration.
• Define agent autonomy boundaries (advisory, semi‑autonomous, fully autonomous) while balancing automation with user control.
• Manage end‑to‑end product development from requirements definition to launch, iteration, and data review.
• Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and design teams to productize AI capabilities.
• Track frontier LLM/Agent technologies and continuously propose product innovations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in trading or AI products.
• Deep understanding of crypto trading systems, including spot, derivatives, strategy trading, matching engines, and risk management.
• Familiarity with large language models, agent architectures (ReAct, Tool‑use, MCP), retrieval‑augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch, data‑driven with strong execution.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
