Spray Painter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Spray Painter to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and spray painting various surfaces such as metal, aluminum, wood, or industrial equipment to high‑quality, aesthetic standards. You will work within our technical refinishing team to deliver smooth, flawless finishes while upholding safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, chemical cleaning, masking, filling and priming.
• Operate conventional, airless and HVLP spray equipment to apply polyurethane or epoxy coatings.
• Mix colors, thinners and catalysts to achieve accurate colour matching and uniform layer thickness.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail to detect and correct surface imperfections.
• Solid knowledge of chemical safety, ventilation standards and proper use of PPE/respirators.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with conventional, airless and HVLP spray equipment.
• Expertise in surface preparation techniques (sanding, cleaning, masking, filling, priming).
• Experience mixing thinners, catalysts and applying polyurethane/epoxy coatings.
