Sr. Design Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Sr. Design Delivery Specialist will be based in Dubai, working closely with P&G’s top Marketing and Design teams. This role focuses on delivering best‑in‑class print quality and execution for packaging, defining best practices and managing workflows with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaboration on artwork development and adaptation with marketing, design studios, and external agencies.
• Manage design execution timelines, print tests, trials, and artwork adaptation reviews.
• Execute design intent and conduct print quality control, with a strong focus on flexo printing feasibility.
• Oversee regional adaptation execution, ensuring brand identity, colour development, and pre‑press standards are maintained.
• Identify and implement improvements to packaging execution systems for greater efficiency and consistency.
• Provide comprehensive meeting summaries and timely follow‑ups.
• Work with Design Managers and Technical Execution Manager to create mock‑ups for packaging testing.
• Manage project budgets and track progress using system tracking software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in print or packaging, handling multiple high‑complexity projects simultaneously.
• Strong project and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end design and print development process, including print feasibility and quality control.
