Sr Product Manager - LTV And Retention

About the role

We are looking for a senior product manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for engagement, retention and lifetime value across Kraken’s consumer and professional platforms. You will shape the experience that drives repeat usage and loyalty for our crypto and fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for user engagement, retention and LTV, aligning with growth targets.
• Own core metrics such as retention rate, session frequency and LTV, and use data to guide decisions.
• Drive product development from discovery through launch, incorporating growth loops, gamification, rewards and habit‑forming design.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and analytics to run large‑scale A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Partner with marketing and lifecycle teams to create targeted in‑app, push and email campaigns based on behavioral insights.
• Design and maintain client segmentation frameworks to personalize user journeys.
• Work closely with business leads for consumer and professional segments to ensure product goals match market needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on engagement, retention or lifecycle growth, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable product decisions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering growth‑focused products.
