Sr. Specialist Fleet Integrity

About the role

The Logistics Integrity team protects Talabat’s rider marketplace by detecting, preventing and reducing rider fraud and misconduct across eight Middle‑East markets. As a Senior Specialist you will own end‑to‑end a portfolio of high‑impact rider‑misconduct behaviors and the cross‑cutting programs that keep the detection and enforcement engine running as one system.

Key responsibilities

• Define, measure and baseline high‑impact rider misconduct behaviors across countries and rider cohorts.
• Design, tune and roll out detection rules and enforcement thresholds for each market.
• Run the enforcement operating loop, including periodic waves, false‑positive review and performance tracking.
• Document end‑to‑end detection and enforcement flows, identify gaps and propose fixes.
• Maintain workflow automation, tracker maintenance and critical infrastructure for the detection & enforcement systems.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in Trust & Safety, fraud risk, marketplace or logistics operations analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in behavioral fraud detection, rule‑based design or large‑scale anti‑abuse programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to move from anomaly to root cause to measurable impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, operations and country teams.

Required skills

• SQL (BigQuery preferred).
• Python for automation and dashboarding.
• Experience with Gen‑AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code.
