Sr. Tech Infra Program Manager, OIS NANO

About the role

Amazon’s Operations Infrastructure Services (OIS) powers every fulfillment site worldwide. The NANO team is responsible for the fast‑paced, cost‑effective infrastructure that enables Quick Commerce. As the Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager you will own the country‑wide transformation, defining network and device strategies that allow hundreds of sites to launch quickly while meeting enterprise‑grade availability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the country‑level infrastructure roadmap, architecture standards, and readiness criteria.
• Lead end‑to‑end vendor selection, contract negotiation, SLA governance, and financial outcome tracking for network and server platforms.
• Develop playbooks, deployment sequencing, and escalation processes for site launches and network roll‑outs.
• Partner with Device Tech to identify, certify, and recommend associate‑facing equipment such as scanners, workstations, and printers.
• Govern availability, performance, and cost metrics across all infrastructure assets.
• Collaborate with senior business operations leaders to align technology decisions with business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in technical program or project management within large‑scale infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and large‑scale network deployments.
• Strong understanding of financial governance and IT service delivery principles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
