Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide safe and professional nursing care, monitor patients' conditions, and support doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to approved clinical procedures and care plans.
• Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and record observations.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the authorized scope of practice.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Deliver wound care, dressing changes, and other authorized nursing procedures.
• Support patients with mobility, personal care, and daily activities.
• Respond to medical emergencies following facility protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent recognized for UAE licensing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required where applicable).
• Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or other UAE health authority licensing.
• Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and patient‑focused attitude.
