Staff Nurse / Registered Midwife – Multiple Departments

About the role

Saudi German Hospital in Dubai is looking for qualified Staff Nurses and Registered Midwives to strengthen its multidisciplinary clinical teams. The positions cover a wide range of specialties, allowing candidates to work in environments such as ICU, NICU, Emergency Room, OPD, Dialysis, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Dental and Medical‑Surgical units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional patient care aligned with the assigned specialty.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Participate in shift handovers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current DHA licence or DHA eligibility letter.
• Preferably prior experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Strong clinical competence, effective communication and teamwork abilities.
