Staff Nurse – Satellite Clinics (Outpatient)

About the role

Provides direct patient care and coordinates patient‑care activities across paediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations in satellite outpatient clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform age‑specific patient assessments and continual critical‑care evaluations of patients and families.
• Develop, revise and prioritize individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate and execute clinical pathways, transfers, and emergency responses.
• Document all relevant data in the medical record and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission International Accreditation requirements and mandatory education.
• Handle narcotic/controlled drugs safely and complete required competency assessments.
• Identify patients accurately, book appointments, follow up on diagnostics and communicate results.
• Maintain clean, stocked consultation rooms and ensure equipment maintenance schedules are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Degree in Nursing with registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia.
• Minimum two years recent post‑graduate nursing experience.
• Valid license/registration in home country or last place of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Ability to work in a UAE health‑care setting (UAE nationals exempted from experience requirements).
