Staff Product Designer – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce team and help redefine the customer experience across non‑food offerings. You will work from our Dubai hub, collaborating with Berlin‑based domain teams and stakeholders in more than 70 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design strategy in sync with product vision, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user‑centric solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Drive the end‑to‑end design process from discovery and research to high‑fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production‑ready web and mobile experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
• Advocate for the user by bringing their narrative to every product discussion.
• Promote design best practices across the team and organization, inspiring creativity and challenging the status quo.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional product design experience, especially with heavy‑data B2B products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience leading research and usability testing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration with product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is highly valued.
