Stakeholder Coordinator – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stakeholder Coordinator (UAE National) to act as the bridge between our engineering teams and diverse project stakeholders in Dubai. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map, and analyse stakeholders across engineering projects, assessing their interests, influence and impact on outcomes.
• Develop and implement stakeholder‑engagement strategies tailored to each project phase.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts.
• Gather, document and analyse stakeholder requirements, feedback and concerns, converting them into technical specifications.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and address issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed stakeholder registers and engagement logs, tracking interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, engagement or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in the UAE or Middle‑Eastern business environment (preferred).
• Valid UAE Family Book.
