Steel Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will work hands‑on in our workshop, cutting, shaping, assembling and installing metal components to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, grind and assemble stainless steel, mild steel or structural steel components.
• Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, cutting machines, drills and welding equipment.
• Ensure proper alignment, finishing and quality of fabricated items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members during fabrication and installation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a metal fabricator.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Physically fit for workshop and site work.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures.

Required skills

• Metal fabrication and fitting.
• Measuring and cutting accuracy.
• Welding and grinding.
• Blueprint reading.
• Use of grinders, cutting machines, drills and welding equipment.
