Steward – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Stewarding Attendant supports the delivery of memorable Food & Beverage experiences by maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment across all stewarding areas. You will work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of all stewarding stores, equipment, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, ice machines, shelves, filters and polish silver, bronze and copper items.
• Manage dishwashing processes, equipment maintenance and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Control pest‑control procedures, record breakages and ensure compliance with HACCP and fire‑life safety standards.
• Support chefs and service staff with cleaning requests, equipment preparation and inventory management.

Required profile

• Organized team player with a passion for a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised, adapt to business demands and flexible working hours.
• Willingness to follow hotel hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures.
