About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Steward you will keep the kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and polish silver to keep serviceware spotless.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies and equipment are well‑stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal and other essential cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and other events.
• Follow health and safety protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor on duty.
• Train and mentor new team members to strengthen overall performance.
