Steward – Kitchen Support at Wynn Oasis

About the role

The Wynn Oasis Steward joins the Kitchen Stewards team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, an upcoming integrated resort slated to open in 2027. This full‑time, onsite role supports the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safe storage of all service items.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, store and organize crockery, pots, glassware and kitchen equipment.
• Sanitize work areas, ovens, stovetops, floors and ceilings according to health standards.
• Handle, use and store cleaning chemicals safely.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
• Follow instructions from the Steward Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Participate in departmental meetings and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to company policies, code of conduct and health‑safety regulations.
• Support recycling initiatives and waste‑reduction practices.

Required profile

• Secondary school completion; higher education is a plus.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel or integrated resort.
• Physically fit for high‑area cleaning, heavy lifting and equipment handling.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts as required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper handling, use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
