Stewarding Supervisor – Hospitality Operations

About the role

As a Stewarding Supervisor at Conrad Dubai, you will lead the team that keeps kitchens, equipment, and service areas immaculate, supporting the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure clean, polished equipment is available when needed.
• Oversee cleaning, storage, and distribution of china, glassware, silverware, and stewarding equipment.
• Supervise cleaning and sanitising across kitchens and back‑of‑house areas, adhering to Hilton HACCP procedures and local health regulations.
• Monitor dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment for correct use, maintenance, and timely repair reporting.
• Track stock, breakages, and supply usage to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Assign daily duties, train, coach, and recognise team members to build a confident, dependable team.
• Promote safe working practices and address hygiene or safety concerns promptly.
