Steward/Stewardess – Hotel Kitchen Support

About the role

Join the hotel team in Abu Dhabi as a Steward/Stewardess, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas remain spotless while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will support daily operations, banquet services and uphold health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and polish silver.
• Monitor stock levels: ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform mopping, waste removal and other essential cleaning tasks.
• Support events delivery: prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Follow health and safety protocols: handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene regulations.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs: alert the supervisor to safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Train and mentor team members: share expertise with new staff to strengthen performance.
