Store Assistant (Automotive Spare Parts)

About the role

We are looking for a Store Assistant to support the Spare Parts Department of United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment. The role involves handling automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload parts and tires with care.
• Package items, label them correctly, and maintain a tidy warehouse.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing and receiving stock.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear records, ensuring reports and invoices are filed properly.
• Ensure quantities requested match quantities issued.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a store or warehouse environment, preferably with spare parts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.
• Customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment components.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
