About the role
As a Store Associate for Maison Margiela at The Grove, you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting key customer‑relationship initiatives in a luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and drive sell‑through within the store.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up‑to‑date with app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and omni‑channel client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and promote CRM initiatives.
