Store In-charge – Retail Store Management

About the role

We are seeking an organized Store In‑charge to oversee all aspects of store operations in Dubai. The role combines inventory control, staff supervision, and the planning of promotional activities to drive sales while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and replenish stock based on demand.
• Manage, train, and schedule store staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns for new products and special offers.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
• Handle and resolve any conflicts between staff and customers promptly.

Required profile

• Highly organized, punctual, and well‑presented.
• Minimum high school qualification or equivalent.
• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking.
