Store Inspector (UAE National) – Logistics

About the role

The Store Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that all materials, components and tooling meet regulatory and company standards. This position supports day‑to‑day operations in the Technical Operations environment of Etihad Airways.

Key responsibilities

• Accept stock, issue materials, and update inventory systems according to TPM processes.
• Re‑order, inspect, and verify documentation for delivered parts and materials.
• Identify damages, shortages or incorrect supplies and report them promptly.
• Receive acceptable materials, return non‑conforming items, and store them in correct bin locations.
• Maintain accurate labeling of all issued and received items.
• Monitor shelf life and calibration of tools, handling expirations as required.
• Complete shift handover logs at the end of each shift.
• Inspect parts and documents for compliance with GCAA, EASA and MOE regulations.
• Handle DGR and ESD parts in line with regulatory and company procedures.
• Arrange FSK and PFSC according to company requirements, including outstation replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of airline or MRO experience.
• Strong background with AMOS maintenance software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and under stress.
• Fluent English communication skills.
