Store Leadership Manager

About the role

Responsible for the end‑to‑end operations of a store, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders, and expense control within set operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end store operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders, and expense control.
• Coordinate and supervise store activities such as shift planning, routine and preventive maintenance, and ensure efficient utilization of pickers.
• Manage inventory by assessing stock levels, placing orders based on demand planning, and preventing out‑of‑stock or overstock situations.
• Ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient outbound picking and packing according to SOPs.
• Monitor fulfillment processes, recommend improvements to boost productivity and profitability, and control costs against budget.
• Supervise store personnel, maintain equipment and infrastructure, and enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Address store issues with the Operations Manager and oversee maintenance activities with internal teams or third‑party suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
