Store Manager – Arabic Speaker – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager who is a native Arabic speaker to lead a high‑traffic consumer electronics retail outlet in Abu Dhabi. The role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and customer experience excellence to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets through effective merchandising and sales strategies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team to meet performance goals.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, visual merchandising, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support marketing, promotional, and PR activities to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions to adapt sales tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Supervisor role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in electronics, mobile, or computer showroom environments.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and an established customer network.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results.
