Store Manager – Flagship MUJI Store

About the role

The Store Manager will lead Alshaya Group's flagship MUJI store in the United Arab Emirates, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience while embodying the MUJI brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store KPIs, sales targets and cost‑control measures.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop a large retail team.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with MUJI standards.
• Analyse commercial reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and brand compliance.
• Manage stock availability, replenishment, inventory control and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify talent, implement succession planning and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a flagship or high‑volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales and profit targets.
• Experience managing large teams and developing future retail leaders.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Passion for customer service and retail excellence.
