Store Manager & Gaming Center Supervisor

About the role

Dragon Master for Electronics is seeking a hands‑on Store Manager who will also supervise its gaming lounge. The role combines retail leadership with the day‑to‑day operation of a busy esports centre in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gaming lounge and retail counter, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Lead, schedule and coach a team of staff, with particular focus on peak evening and weekend shifts.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cash management, daily reconciliation and loss‑prevention measures.
• Maintain gaming stations, peripherals, network and café area, escalating technical issues promptly.
• Manage session bookings, memberships, promotions and F&B inventory, driving upsell opportunities.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as sessions, utilisation, sales and returns.
• Plan and execute in‑house esports tournaments and leagues across multiple titles.
• Represent Dragon Master at external events, schools and partner venues, handling the full event cycle.
• Grow and moderate community channels (WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, TikTok) and nurture local talent.
• Provide knowledgeable retail advice on PC components and gaming gear.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in retail or gaming‑center management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills for event planning and community building.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and handling cash transactions.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with esports titles and hardware.
