Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the retail team to achieve company sales targets while delivering the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for implementing operating procedures, maintaining brand standards, and promoting the Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Guide staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimize stock loss.
• Manage stockrooms, ensure optimal stock levels and conduct weekly inventory audits.
• Enforce company and brand operating procedures, visual merchandising standards and security protocols.
• Develop and apply creative techniques to exceed sales goals.
• Oversee staff scheduling, leave management and grievance handling.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager on employee performance and product issues.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat sales.

Required profile

• Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed with strong product knowledge.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coach and motivate the team.
• Attention to detail for visual merchandising and stock management.
• Ability to maintain security vigilance and handle store operations end‑to‑end.
