About the role
As Store Manager, you will oversee operations and teams of one of our stores across the UAE, directly engaging with customers to build relationships and ensure the right products are showcased.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and lead the sales team.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience managing retail stores in UAE, preferably luxury watches or jewelry.
- Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic.
