Store Manager – Luxury Boutique (Dubai)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a luxury fashion boutique in Dubai, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the brand’s high‑end image and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data, identify trends and commercial opportunities, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, handling recruitment, training, performance management and day‑to‑day people matters.
• Maintain the luxury brand image by ensuring consistent customer service excellence and handling complaints effectively.
• Oversee all operational aspects including stock takes, inventory accuracy, health & safety, security, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
• Manage P&L, budgets and financial performance of the store.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the UAE luxury fashion market with a strong understanding of local retail dynamics.
• Proven track record of driving sales, turnover and profitability in a luxury retail environment.
• Experience managing multiple store locations across the UAE is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing budgets and P&L.
