About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a paint retail store in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role involves driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, billing, cash handling and daily reporting.
- Manage inventory levels, stock movement, reconciliation and timely replenishment.
- Supervise and schedule store staff, monitor performance and allocate work.
- Provide product advice, recommend paint solutions and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and dealers.
- Ensure proper store presentation, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in store management or retail sales, preferably in paints, hardware or building materials.
- Strong customer‑handling and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead a small team and achieve sales targets.
