Store Manager – Retail Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dubai retail outlet, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, maintaining visual standards, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, back‑store replenishment and security measures.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, monitor shrinkage (target <0.2% of cost of sales) and conduct regular financial and stock audits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and update the store dashboard regularly.
• Manage employee records, leave, passports, performance history and roster scheduling.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing sales team, conducting regular meetings and performance feedback.
• Communicate with mall management, corporate teams and senior management on performance, challenges and opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail management role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with financial reporting, stock audits and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and store security procedures.
