Store Purchase Coordinator / Storekeeper

About the role

Royale Manchester Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Store Purchase Coordinator / Storekeeper to oversee material inventory and procurement activities for its construction projects in the UAE. The position involves managing warehouse operations, tracking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery to support ongoing site work. You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to align material supply with construction schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials, hardware and safety supplies.
• Track material usage and ensure timely replenishment to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in material handling.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience as a Storekeeper, Store In‑Charge or Purchase Coordinator, preferably in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, hardware and safety supplies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
