Store Sales Associate - Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Sales Associate to join our Dubai shop floor. You will be the face of the Homes r Us brand, helping customers create inspiring home spaces while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their lifestyle needs and provide tailored product advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales KPIs, promote offers, loyalty programmes and new collections.
• Maintain product knowledge of furniture, décor and accessories, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, rotation and loss‑prevention activities.
• Handle customer queries, objections and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and assist new staff on‑the‑job.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for home furnishings.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good communication skills and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating POS systems.
