Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor ensures the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the retail team, supports staff with the skills needed to maximise sales, and assists the Store Manager in running an efficient and profitable store.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure retail staff provide the highest level of customer service to maximise sales.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing operating procedures and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Manage daily roster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
• Conduct regular store administration audits and resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on fashion trends.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, security standards, and health & safety.
• Take end‑to‑end store responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Must be fashionable, well‑groomed and possess up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Strong awareness of security and ability to maintain vigilance in the store.
• Ability to stay informed about the group’s various brands for suggestive selling.
