Store Supervisor – Retail & Spa

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the L'Occitane boutique at Dubai Hills Mall, embodying the brand’s values and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines retail management with spa service oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, promoting a positive, collaborative work environment and communicating feedback to the Regional Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage VIP relationships, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, staff grooming, and stock replenishment according to brand guidelines.
• Support daily operations including staff scheduling, floor coverage, stock movement tracking, and inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, company policies, health, safety, and security standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, sharing insights with the Regional Manager and back‑office teams.
• Support store projects, promotional initiatives, and community events to drive sales and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or skincare, with spa experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team, supporting individual development and store performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer‑first mindset, and passion for exceptional service.
• Commercial awareness with ability to contribute to sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Experience in clienteling, VIP relationship management, and building long‑term customer loyalty.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management, and retail operational standards.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
