About the role

The role holder is responsible for supporting sales growth by developing the Store Sales team and ensuring high operational, commercial and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the achievement of the store’s annual sales targets.
• Maintain proper staffing coverage and scheduling to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard operating policies.
• Oversee after‑sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair and return policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising follows brand policy and promotions are accurately priced.
• Generate and analyse sales reports to maximise stock potential.
• Handle cash, inventory, and record‑keeping in line with company procedures.
• Manage inventory movements, receiving, stocking, transfers and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain store cleanliness and direct the team to follow SOPs and appearance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong industry expertise and product/category knowledge.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with proficiency in MS Office and tools.
