Store Supervisor – Swarovski

About the role

The Store Supervisor will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional luxury experience for Swarovski customers in Dubai. This role combines team leadership, sales performance, and operational excellence to uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing team performance, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Drive achievement of sales targets through coaching, high‑selling techniques, and collaboration with the sales executive team.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining brand‑consistent merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee stock management in line with company policies and procedures.
• Follow all retail policies, processes, and SOPs to guarantee consistent execution.
• Participate in projects, community events, and store initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Monitor market trends, product updates, and competitor activity, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness, acting as a voice for employees.
