Store Supervisor – Tom Ford (The Grove)

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the Tom Ford boutique at The Grove, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional luxury experience for VIP customers. You will manage a team, oversee omnichannel operations and ensure strict adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs, managing the customer database to build strong relationships.
• Lead, recruit, develop and retain talent, fostering a positive work environment and coaching team members for growth.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, using clienteling techniques and digital tools to serve VIP clients across physical and online touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, process e‑commerce orders within SLAs, maintain visual merchandising standards and leverage technology tools such as the clienteling app, OMS and WhatsApp Business.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Leader in fashion retail.
• Proven ability to manage and develop talent, achieve strong sales and retain returning clientele.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends, runways and the luxury market.
• Professional, friendly and people‑driven attitude with strong CRM experience.
